Declaration of the planetary state Motherland.Planetary State “MotherLand” is a state in which all its citizens take the direct and immediate participation in the implementation of both the legislative and executive branches of its activity, or inactivity, taking or not taking part in the implementation of its projects. Each of the citizens of the State land is entitled to create their own projects and make them for realization all citizens. No one can coerce the citizens of the State land take or not to participate in certain projects. All citizens of the State land are the government. ABILITY TO GO INTO RELATIONS WITH OTHER STATES. State land is a planetary state, and therefore is not limited by any physical framework to itself. Without the armed forces and rejecting any form of violence as an explicit or hidden to all people living on the planet, the State land does not constitute a threat to any one of the world nations. While welcoming the free enterprise and healthy competition, the State Land seeks to establish friendly relations with all the inhabitants of the planet, regardless of their beliefs on the basis of equitable sharing. The main resource of the Planetary State land is intelligence of its citizens, the products of activity of which can be exported to other nations of the world. |
